Unite and we stand!!!!!

What will an IIO do? They will either try to bulls##t their way out of it or deny it. We should complain to the higher up in the anarchy.. oops sorry, heirarcy and write to senators/congressmens.

Nice to see people wake up and realise the gravity of the situation.

Good morning people, hope to see you all writing to your Congressman and Senator about the situation. Please feel to organize a campaign.

Can we talk to any higher official directly??

I agree calling IIos will not be of much help. But does anyone know of any phone no to call and file complaint?? or better still talk to someone directly??

What are the chanels for complaining a goverment agency?

I couldn't agree more, united we stand, but how?

we tried and tried, and tried again, and then a few more tries...obviously contacting CSC didn't work. We have done our due diligence in trying to solve the situation with IBIC, they are reluctant to improve without the pressure from it's supervising agency--but is there one?

We are all new to this country, we may not know how to work the system. When some goverment service fail to perform, what are the choices in the system, and which is the driving force? Maybe those of us have connections with goverment employees, or civil rights lawyer can gather some information in this area?

Contact local senators and congrassman/congrasswoman; file class action; is there an agency overlook the work of CSC; media attention; what else? How about lobbying and contribution? Who/what are the decision making people that can make the CSC to do its job? How about complaining to several level of the system and make the situation known...I feel we need a good strategist specialized in dealing with bureaucracy

Recently, I have observed that lot of EB2 cases are being approved before EB3 cases. It seems they did change some policies and now favor EB2/1 cases.
I called an IIO and asked the reason for cases getting approved which were filed after my case. She did say that situation might be different in those cases.
If they had to change the policy then it should be applicable to cases filed after the changed policy is announced. They cant go back in the queue and start approving cases for EB1/2 out of order.

We should raise this concern with them. This is certainly not fair.

As far as I know they donot care about EB1/2/3 once 485 is filed. They just go by ND date. Atleast thats how it used to be. Even if that is the case, I am sure they have lots of EB2 cases in 02ers that they would do before they touch 03ers. I strongly believe in what Becky said in some other thread. They are trying to divide us, so fewer people would raise a voice against them. After this pilot programs how many 03ers would join a campaign that wants processing in the order of filing?

I called them 3 times last week just to get different opinions. All are saying its because of concurrent situation. Now they are processing Feb'02 cases and it should be another month.

Why WAC033 gets approved before WAC02?? Thats the basic question.

But what can we do about it?

Apparently u don't meet many people.

GOI is much better?!?!? what a fuckin' joke!

asdffdsa,

It takes time to change/move such a humongus organisation as BCIS. We cant expect changes overnight. We have started something and it is showing already in term as new regulations; even the lawsuit is pending. We are not yet there and we must keep trying.

I dont know if you have seen this movie Force 10 from Navarone, where at the end they blast a dynamite to blow a dam and nothing happens initially. The guy who planned it says "Wait and watch what happens. Give it time" and indeed the dam breaks up and washes away after some time. Apperently the blast created a fracture and the water pressure slowly but sure worked on that fracture to aggravate it and finally broke down.

Speaking of fractures, this theory by Becky is quite alarming. I hope the BCIS is not trying to fracture us by dividing and wash us all away. Well if they wash us away with a 485 approval, I am all for it ... :D

Define IIO....

We need to clarify that first. Who is the IIO and how do we contact them?
If we are talking about the customer service rep [they r not IIO], then it is useless.

complaint to Mr. Don

I sent this letter to Mr. Don.
I might not get an answer but I will try also with senators/congressman.
Hope that other 02 and 03 willdo the same.

Dear Director Don Neufeld

I have a complaint about my Green Card process (I-485)
My WAC # is 03-005-XXXXX.
Note that I-140 and I-485 have not been filed jointly.

From a forum (www.immigration.com) I get the info that WAC 03-047-5XXXX has been approved (I can add other cases as well)
Note that also in this case I-140 and I-485 have not been filed jointly.

So what is the criteria of adjudication?
Why a more recent case than mine has been approved?

And why the California Center processing dates for I-485 says that priority is Jan/20/2002 when WAC 03-XXX are being adjudicated?

Besides not getting processed in a fair time (far from the 6 months set by President Bush) why are you adding unfairness by adjudicating cases out of filing priority dates?

Regards
