My husband did not find out about the registration until almost 1 year and a half later. We petitioned for his green card in 2004 and have not yet received our initial interview. We finally got a letter in the mail stating that he is not registered and needs to submit evidence of this information before February 2007. Is there a way for him to get registered in Illinois?
