Folks,

Today only I saw in starledger newsledger. I am trying to get a link to their website.

I think most of the company employees will be screwed who has pending 485,140, labour and new h1 since Feds treat this case not only as a immigration violation but also trying to sponsor terrorism.

My prayers are with those people who got affected bcas of this. And all pending 485s, 140s, labour and H1 applications are in serious condition and needs to be taken care otherwise I feel all employees in this company will have to go through tremendous trouble.

Others, be careful

Folks working in "One Man Army" company need to be cery careful and do not believe anything from your company owner unless it is mentioned in the contract.

I know that many families are screwed up becase of this selfish spinless idiot. I am not sure what CSOFT folks did legally to cover them.

As per the news, this case is treated as not only as Immigration violation but also as part of sponsoring terrorism. (you don't want to get into the partiot act violation, you can barely survive). So I don't think other pending applicants will get the mercy of USCIS.

Thanks to ICE, USCIS, and DOL. Congrats! Let them continue this effort to find all desi companies doing immigration fraud. It will be great if they revoke all GC issued for these Desi companies and give that numbers to the genuine guys waiting tin retrogression line. Now it is time to enforce strict law. USCIS has to stop immediatly the labor subsitution. This is the main source of fraud. If they do this, retrogression will disappear soon.

Once I called this Nick guy for someone interested to migrate to USA.
I was astonished to know that he wants money to give him H1B rather
than providing salary or starting bonus so that person can start his
life in USA.

I think most of people working in these comanies are no innocent but
accomplice to this fraud.
