I got fingerprint notice on 10/19/04.
Please give the information & advises as follows.

In advance i would be appreciated.

1) what are the documents.
submmission documents:
a) PASSPORTs (primary & spouse)
b) EADs (primary & spouse)
c) APs (primary & spouse)
d) NY driving licenses (primary & spouse)
e) H1 & H4 approvals
f) I140 approved notice
h) I485 receipts (primary & spouse



2) Need to take appointment before going ? (wife timings 12/7/04 at 1.00 pm)
(primary 12/7/04 at 2.00 pm)

3) is there are any questions officers going to ask?
4) need photoes ?
5) is there question we are going to ask to officer?
6) how many hours before i have to go ASC office (ALBANY)?
7) Advise to appear before appointment date?
8) what about fee?
9) what about kids documents?
10) EB3, concurrent filed on ND: 12/01/03 (140,485,ead,ap).
11) ead,ap , 140 approved.
12) finger print notice got on 10/19/04.

Your posting is confusing. Either you are confused or trying to confuse others. You have posted as FP Experience and it looks like that you are posting your experience, but when we open your posting, looks like you have 100 questions.

FP is very simple. Just take your passport, EAD, FP notice and you are all set.. Try to go on the day you have been asked to come. Some ASC's dont like you going before. Take a good sleep now.
 
Just take the FP notice and driver's license (basically a Govt issued photo id) and you are all set, no interview nothing, go wearing casuals no need to wear suit or anything. Some centers allow you to just walk in earlier than the scheduled date.
