I was on phone with II earlier and she mentioned that no way she could know whether my papers have been received by them unless it has been entered in the system.

I was wondering how did you manage to find your case? Any update on your case? Did you or your attorney receive any sought of notice for I-140?

I have sent mine on 22nd of set. Thanks a lot.

As I mentioned before, the automated message never got updated. Even now, it still says that "A letter has been mailed in June ....". I sent my RFE reply in July. After waiting two weeks, I called and talked with an IIO. The IIO said that they had received some sort of correspondence. But, there is no way for them to tell what was received, because the system never got updated. Unless the system gets updated that a response to RFE was received, they cannot tell anything. After another three weeks, in august my lawyer received the new I140 approval letter. But, not the 485 approval letter. And now it looks like they have lost the track of my application. I think the 140 approval letter never got to the 485 person. It should take approx 4 weeks for eveything to get approved. In my case it has been more than 11 weeks. I really wish you hear something by end of next week as I see nothing is being done last week and this week. I will keep you updated, If I hear any thing.
