Good day all...
I talked to my lawyer today and she said that the American Immigration Law Foundation is considering litigation against the government for not providing an interim EADs when an EAD application has been pending for more than 90 days.
Please guys, let's share our experience with them and let's help ourselves by talking/submitting the questionnaire
