AILA Liaison

Can any body tell what is "AILA Liaison contacted"? I find that forum members used it to expedite their cases.

My FP is already expired. I need to expedite my case.

usualy if ur attoreny is member of aila and have access to 'USCIS aila liasion dept'. if not check it out
