AILA inquiry

I am thinking of filing an AILA inquiry, but my lawyer didn't know the process (which surprised me). He is willing to help though. Can anyone here give me a help? I remembered I saw such information before, but just couldn't find it through the search engine.

Thank you very much for your help.

little_cat,

This is what my lawyer told me. Most good lawyers/law firms have a liaision within AILA that they work with to get updates from USCIS. The AILA liaision has a liaision within each of the four centers (CSC, TSC etc) whom they work with for updates. Basically your lawyer has to have a liaision within AILA to make the inquiries. There maybe some other way but I am not aware of it.

Hope this helps.

regards,

saras

AILA is association of Immigration Lawyers. AILA enquiry can be done only from its members. Your attorney has to get the membership.

Thank you saras76 and Tammy2. Appreciate your help! As I know (or as the lawyer told me), my lawyer is a member of AILA. So he should be able to do inquiry, right? Any guidance is appreciated!
