Age-out cases

Hi All,

Can anyone please explain what are the age-out cases mean? I s that a special category?

Age-out case is not a special category.

If you apply for COS (I-485) and you have a child who will be 21, INS will look at your case and approve it, hopefully BEFORE the child turns 21 years of age.
