I have applied for adjustment of status to permanent resident (applied Aug 2002) throught the Vermont service center. My son will be turning 21 in December and I heard that the "age out" system is no longer going to help people in this situation to expedite the process. Does anyone have any idea what the situation is concerning age out cases??
