Age Out Case

Has anyone any experience with an age out case? My dates are as follows:
485 RD 10/11 CSC
FP 12/18 as scheduled
AVM 12/28 collected FP\'s
AVM 1/18 case has resumed processing
AP 11/30
EAD not received yet. Had RFE - AVM rec\'d RFE but when we went to get them after 90 days computer system says not rec\'d yet
Anyone have any idea when we might get 485 approval?

theres an age out case in julys thread. he got his approval in november i suppose. his name is jcheema i suppose
 
When is your derivative applicant turning 21 years?

If it is still 6 months or more out they may not do priority processing. On the other hand if it is less they will do priority processing as an age-out case.
 
Turns 21

My daughter turns 21 in 5 months time. I was getting hopeful after I read some cases here where they had FP done end of Nov and are now approved. We had our FP done 12/18, so was hoping it might be in a couple of weeks.
