Took little less than 2 years for approval.

To those concerned..: CHANGED ADDRESS 2 Times since filing 485 and 4 times since starting GC Process...

Just checked AVM. Approved self and wife. Great to hear the news. As an FYI, just last Friday I checked with IIO and was said that case was \'pending\' | \'with an officer\' | \'under review\' and would take upto 30 days. Kannan, your prediction was correct!
I thank everyone on the board, a wonderful resource. Harapatta, NearTo GC(Kiran) and other co-waiters, hang on... its there around the corner....

I would appreciate it if anyone would let me know about the stamping experience in San Jose, CA.

AD as per AVM is 28 Aug 2001. I checked the AVM at around 2:30 PST (5:30 EST). The update is immediate, I would say.

I work for a consulting company. My Labor application mentioned address as: various locations throughout United States. Mine is a case of agressive moves though because of my skillset. However, my company being based on East Coast, the application was via VSC.

No, I did not change employer in between. Though, I did have a tough time when I was on bench for about 2 months in March/April period. That\'s when I applied my EAD in May
