Again a question on contacting IIO. Ple....ase help.

Hello friends

I have asked the question before and I need some more help from those who spoke to IIOs. I am one of those unfortunate one\'s who\'s trying to contact IIO everyday in vain. If I am trying around 8:30 AM, I get connected and after I select 1 for English, it gives the other options and if I try to wait till 9:00 AM, it automatically disconnects my call.

So once I get through the line at around 8:30 AM and after I select option 1 for English, what do I need to do to wait till 9:00 AM ? Please keep me posted of your thoughts. TIA.

After you get connected at 8.30 a.m

check ur case with the WAC no repedeatly. Check ur EAd and Ap too. At 9.00 a.m press 0 to talk to IIO. If they are open it will ask u to wait otherwise again check ur case pressing 0 inbetween. Once the office is opened u\'ll will be put on hold. Hope this helps.
