Gurus, Can you answer if you know it is possible...

1)If the 140 is approved for AOS, At this Point Can you switch to CP?


2)If you switch to CP, Can you stay outside US untill CP is done?


3)If you stay outside US and Work for a diff Company
does that abandons your application?

Problems with CP:
The sponsoring employer should still have a job/offer when PD becomes current (several years from now). Otherwise the whole GC process is abandoned.
Not covered under AC21 for changing jobs after I-140 approval.
Do not qualify for EAD for self and spouse.
Whether you can renew H1 after 7th year is a grey area.
