after221(g) resubmitted?

Hi,

After I sent my H1 revalidation,I got refuse letter under section 221(g). Then I resubmitted my application with each item they asked for.But at last I got rejected "application is not clearly approvable at this time".

I am so confuse with that. Is that possible I am just not use the e-DS 156 they ask recently???

Depending on your country of nationality the Dept of state probably feels that the consular officer in your country is the best one to judge your application.

But this is the second times I revalidate H1 from the Dept of state.
It doesn't make any sense.
