After using AP can my depenent get H4 visa

Hi,

Currently i am having a valid H1B without stamping on Passport. I am planning to go to INIDIA get married and come back on AP.
Then my dependent will go for H4 Stamping(US emassy in INIDIA).

1. Will my dependent face any legal issues in getting H4 Stamping

2. If i go second time to INDIA, can i have my H1B stamped?

Sure. Make sure when you caome back tell the officer at POE to parol you in as H1-B instead of ADJ applicant. That way your spouse can apply for H4 at the consulate in India. You will have to send a copies of your passport, H1-B approval notice, 3 recent paystubs, last year tax returns.
