hey guys please advise me
I applied I-140/I-485 concurrently ND Oct 31 2003 , I got EAD/AP
my H1-B visa will expire in 06-06-2004.
seeing this breaking news , I want to apply for H1-B ext what is your comments ?
how many days before I can apply for H1 ext ?
once I apply for H1 ext , me and my family will legal status ?
after applying for H1 ext still I should use EAD ?
how much will be the H1 ext fee going through attorney ? (bcose I have to pay form my pocket :( )

Yes file it.

Even otherwise you should apply H1b extension till you get 140 done. Do not forget to file H4 extension for your family.

You can apply H4 but you will have to send your spouse to home country to get it stamped, so practical would be not to apply but keep papers ready in case he/she has to appear in person in US consulate in home country.
 
guys, my I140/485 ND is 4/7/03. I140 was approved in march, 04. Now I am in my H1 and H1 expires on june, 04. Please suggest me if I need to file 7th year H1 extension.
