Hi guys,
I just now found after talking to TSC over the phone that my case was assigned to an IIO on 4th April. So, how much time will it take for my case to be approved now?? Any idea?? Also can it be transferred to the local INS office also?? what are the options it is transferred and what are the conditions in which it will be transferred?
Thank you

There was a person - MumbaiGC that posted ...

Here / and other boards not too long ago. He posted his case was assigned to an officer 03/28/2002 and got his approval 04/04/2002. His RD/ND was Jan 2000. Recalling from memory most people that find out their case has been assigned to an officer report either RFE or Approval within 2 - 3 after its been assigned.

Hoping you hear some good news soon Unknown485

No Prob ... quick quest for you though

On tracker it shows your RD/ND as 12/27/2001 but remarks show 2 EAD/AP. Is that a mistake in the RD/ND ? If so could you correct it please, would really appreciate it. Thanks.

No there is no mistake. Actually my attorney applied for the second EADs and APs in much advance. He suggested we shouldn\'t wait for the first one to be over.. So, he applied for 2nd EADs and APs as soon as 6 months were over..

Hi uknown485, a question for you......

Your RD/ND is: 12/27/2001 and have mentioned that you have contacted the congressmen. Generally, if the case is pending for longer then only we contacts Congressmen/Senator. How did you convince the congressmen to expedite your case? Just curious. Thanks.
My details: PD 07/98 RD: 06/28/01 ND:07/25/01 NO FP.

I think uknown485\'s RD/ND is 3/27/01, he must be drunk yesterday when he entered the Tracker and po

See Venkat,
My case took more than 1 year and in fact I got FP exactly after 1yr since I applied my I-485 whereas people here started getting within two weeks and approval within 1 month so I contacted my congressmen/Senator. But I don\'t think that helped becuase anyway my case was going to be assigned to IIO pretty soon. So, I agree I shouldn\'t have contacted. My PD is 12/28/1999

uknown485, if you read all the messages in this thread again, you may find you are still drunk.

Of course every knows it is impossible to argue with a drunker. So I would rather surrender and let you go.

A drunker always says his mind is so clear.

Uknown485 -

I think GKing was just making light of the matter. If you look at this posting it says that your ND is 03/27/2001 but in the tracker you entered 12/27/2001 and you said that is the correct info. So which is it ? Hope you understand our confusion on this matter as we are trying to work for everyones benefit to have accurate data in the tracker.

same to you man.. enjoy yourselves.. It is easier to say things to others.. But people usually don\'t look at themselves.. You need to look at yourself to see who is narrow-minded first.
