Myself and my spouse got our PP stamped on 02/12/2002. Do we need to change the status in the SSN card? Pl. throw in your suggestions.

you don\'t have to, but ...

there is an advantage in changing your SS card to a "no-notation" one: when you file a new I-9 form, you only need to submit your driver\'s license and your SS card. Your green card can rest safely at home. It is much easier to replace a SS card than a green card.
