Hello folks:

What happens after a spontaneous marriage with a US citizen in USA:

Is he allowed to work after a couple of weeks with a Green Card like stamp or with a Green Card?

After how much time is he allowed to leave USA (e.g. for business pruposes or because of holidays etc.)?

After how much time is everything finished (with medical exam and so on) until he gets his Green Card and thereby until he can relax?

First and always thank you for your response. Please keep up your friendly help in this forum - even if some users are mean.

Can he marry officially during the 90 days and celebrate the wedding party later on? That would mean that he will not be able to show photos of the wedding party with his and his wife's relatives. Will he get a problem because of that when he gives the forms I-130 and I-485 to the authorities? Or doesn't he need to show any photos?

When they fail during the interview, do they get another interview later on so that they can prove again?

After how much time is the interview?
