After Secondary interview

We have successfully gone for the secondary interview; we were interviewed separately and our answers were same. At the end of the interview, the interviewer said that we'll be contacted later but it going to 2-weeks now and we have not heard from them, please should we contact them via email or keep waiting for their call? Our passports were returned back to us. PLEASE ADVICE!!!

Your passports were returned back to you without a visa? That doesn't sound good. I would contact the Embassy and find out what is going on, yes.
