After USCIS sent me an email on 07/08/05 that they have rcv'd my response to RFI (Medical and updated Biographic info), yesterday my LUD is changed again to 07/11/05. Does that mean that they are getting ready to send us Biometrics notices?

What does LUD mean?

Free100

Free100,
I think it is very important that you find that I-94. It will come handy in more places than we think. Especially if you travel outside the US. If you can't find one then you can apply for the replacement.

Free100

Free100, I forgot to mention that you wouldn't need your I-94 at the time of stamping. They are getting away from stamping. Now after your Biometrics you'll just receive your GC in the mail rather than getting a temporary one. So, you are OK there bud. ;)

Thanks PM. Thats a load off my mind :)

Look at this form

Free100, Please look at the form I-102 at USCIS web-site. I believe that is the form you'll need to replace your I-94.
Thanks

PM, Free & rest of the Gang,

I'm just busy watching Tour de France, remember I'm from Austin, TX. To top things off, I got a traffic ticket @ 8.45 a.m this morning, doing 59 mph in 40 mph, I'm kinda ticked but all is good.

Yes, my case got an update of 7-11-05 too. :D

Regards,
MK

Sorry to hear abt the ticket! :( But where were you off to in such a hurry ;)

Hey now..

Hey MK, sorry to hear about your speeding ticket but I guess watching tour de France would do that to your adrenalin :p
But look at it this way;
1 speeding ticket = Biometrics notice (May be :) )
Try sppeding one more time after you get your Biometrics done because that could mean your GC (Another may be) :D

For the rest of the gang, try this recipe at your own risk :D :D

Free,

I was trying to get home after getting bread and son in the back whaled for potty! So, I sped up and the Black & White Helmet Defective, was hiding in the corner with his lame Radar Gun.

There was nothing else, **it happens.

Regards,
MK

This is what you should have done.....

MK, If I was you, I would have asked that black and white helmet to suggest what he would have done if he was in that same stinky situation? Should have told him that Officer I would pay the fine but given the circumstances that you didn't have an air freshner and a reserve diaper in your car, he should give you a break :D :D :p :)
