How long will it take that LUD change after RFE was sent?

RD 8/30/02
ND 9/12/02
1FP 10/31/02
2FP 8/5/04
RFE 10/5/04 issued
RFE 10/26/04 sent My lawyer office said they sent it on Tuesday by DHL

Almost instant

After they receive it you should get an updated message with new LUD.
If you have sent the rfe by yourself check thru ups or fedex tracking no and make a guess.
In my case within few hours after they recd rfe response.

Can you please share what was the RFE for? I just got emails regarding RFE for me and my wife.

Any idea what it may be about if it is for both of us.

My RFE was simple.... I was on F-1 ..... I couldnt send any doc relationg tax and salary... which i havent had. but i was expecting INS might ask me about paystub, w2, and evl, etc... but they didnt ask anything about employment... just asked all I-20s from school for 10 yrs... and i thought my should have sent it from the beginning...

Any idea what is the average time of approval after responding to your RFE.
 
It is said that once you respond to the RFE, it take about 30 to 60 days. Anyway, it is written on your RFE document that if you do not get a decision by 60days you can call the 800 number. How far that helps, I dont know.

My 60 days will be over next month. Hopefully I will get approved before that. If not, i will call them and see what they have to say.
 
My response to RFE on dependants' I485 petitions will reach this 60-day mark in about 30 days. I (primary) have not even received my FP notice yet. That is OK because RD (for all our I-485s) is only Apr 2004. I plan to call USCIS, if there is no progress by the end of that 60-day period. I wonder what they will say...
 
As i noticed couple of my friends..

I do not why the diff,,,is.......

of you sent thru Fedex their system will update in 2 days after you sent. if it thru DHL their will update 4 to 5 days. Depend on....

Do not relay on this, i just heard some one talking.....Like others said if it did not update we can call or track...
 
they updated LUD saying they received it today. it took 4 days to update.. The RFE was sent by DHL. thnx guys...
 
LUD has been changed 3 times...

LUD: 10/29/04, 11/1/04, 11/05/04
RFE: Received by INS 10/29/04
