Any guess how long does it take for approval after replying to a REF????
I have seen cases that have replied to a ref on Dec 7 and are still waiting.. my details I have replied to a REF (request for updated employment letter) on Jan 5. Pls post your details

I have the same reply RFE date as you. From this site, I think it could take 30-45 days.

My friend got his approved notice about 3 wks after he submitted his REF. He is EB1 (NIW).

My details: NIW, PD 9/98, ND 9/99, FP 8/00, RFE 1/2/00, reply sent 1/5/00, AD...??

By the way, NIW is only for EB2.
