My I-140 has been filed by my employer. He told me that he called the USCIS for followup however he has been told that the online status has not been updated yet. he also told me that i need to wait 180 days from March 29. what does this mean? is march 29 just the receipt of my case? is my i-140 already been approved or not? is the 180 days the total processing time of my EB3 visa? what are the step by step processing for EB3 as I am not aware of this? i will greatly appreciate reply. kindly clarify my situation. thanks!
