After physical GC we got notification saying "Notice returned as undeliverable"

We have received our approval notice and GC in the past week or so.

Today we got an email notification from USCIS saying "Notice returned as undeliverable" :confused: for both myself and my wife.

Has anyone seen this weird like this?

Hi Narayan

My GC approved on june23rd 2007. I got approval letters on june26th. I got card for my daughter on 27th. I have seen message as cards were not delivered for my case and my wife.I called uscis for cards two weeks back.waiting for cards.

I got the exact same message on my 485 case on the eve of July 23rd. The next day, on July 24th, the status was changed to "Document Mailed to Applicant". I have not received anything in the mail as yet...called TX center a couple of times but no one seemed to know what has been mailed.

Btw, I was approved and have already recieved physical card earlier in July...and I thought that was an end to enigma!

Atleast your status is changed.
Same situation.notice changed on 23th July, called them on 25th
Still shows "Notice returned as undeliverable".

i have similar problem

My GC was returned to USCIS as undeliverable address on June 19th.
This happened despite I submitted ar-11 and updated through customer service.I even got address change confirmation from USCIS.
I called them on June 20th and updated my current address.
No LUD nor GC in the mail box.
On July 25th again took infopass and found that USCIS has still incorrect address.at Infopass, officer said he will send an email to TSC about my issue.
Again Submitted online AR-11 on July 25th.
No updates till July 30th.
Called USCIS-TSC again and updated the address on July31.
LUD on Aug 1st.
"document mailed " email on Aug 2nd.
Hoping I will get by aug 6th or 7th.
 
Yes I had received this mail

My wife's case was similar.She had her address changed but still they send to old address.Just take infopass appointment and let them open a ticket.You will get your card in 2 weeks.

This gets better!!!!!!

After getting my undelivered email I started a SR with USCIS. I got a reply last friday. As per the reply
1. My change of address was on '7/11/07', I changed my address on '7/11/05' They are only 2 year late (BTW I got all my previous FP/EAD/Welcome/Card on my correct address for 2 years)
2. Since we got this letter back we assume you did not get your card either.
Please use I-90 to apply for a replacement card. ( I got my card on 3rd/4th July)
3. If you want a copy of approval notice use I-824.( Do I need a copy of approval notice? I have my card and notice with the card)
