I would like to know how long the case gets approved after the name check has been cleared. Me, spouse and kid's green cards arrived in the mail very recently except for my 15 y/o daughter who did a Biometrics Code 3 last Dec2/05. I called INS customer service today to check and they told me that her fingerprints and name check has been cleared at the end of December 2005. Any ideas?

In my opinion, it depends on the workload of the particular center and/or adjudicating officer. In my case, approval came in a few days after I was told by VSC officer that my security checks are completed. You may get it anytime soon. Check your email today after 6 pm
