I did my medical on nov 04 2002 and the support documents reached them on nov 20 2002. I didnt hear anything from them. My worry is while I send the supportive docs, I asked them to change my address.. they didnt change in the website, still its showing the old address.. so I am worrying whether they get my docs or not. I dont know how to contact them/ they dont have no's to call. (I sent my docs in priority mail only/its say deleverd on 20th nov). In this situation how to check with them whether they received my docs or not?

Anyone help me out?
 
if you didnot hear anything from them in 60 days after medical, means u passed thru medical and they are doing some back ground check. Usually after medical exam it will take min 8-16 weeks to hear something , which will vary fromcase to case.

Keep check ur online status , if it change to "decision made" ur all set and u will hear withing 2 weeks from them to send ur passport to them. You should send ur passport to them with in 30 days , otherwise they will revoke ur appln .So Dont do delay.

Right now ur case is with another Dept (approved by canadian Gov ). So INS cannot do anything until they here something from them.

Can u advice me on my case I had applied for Canadian Immg in Jan 2002, so I am expecting to hear about my Assessment anytime now. My concern was

1) In case if I have an interview does it take place immdly or does it take time for it 6-8 months??

2) In case there is no interview reqd can I safely travel to India and come back for stamping or is there any other formalities for which my physical presence is reqd, I have my brother in US who can help in sending any correspondence on my behalf.
3) what would be the factors which would require me to stay here.
