My 485 application for EB2 was filed with USCIS on Sunday, July 1st 2007. My lawfirm is not sure if it will be accepted by USCIS since the filing was done in the weekend.
The chances are that this will be rejected. Although there is no official news from my law firm yet.
If rejected, do I have to go through the procedure of preparing the documentation (taking copies etc), medical exams?
