After I get the waiver, can I change to different J?

I have J1 research subject to the 2yhr. I am applying to the waiver based on no objection letter, and hopefully I will get it soon.

I want to come to the US with a J1 clinical, do you know if I can go back to my country for 1 year and the come back with a J1 visa again, different type?

Why would anyone want to get back on any kind of J visa after managing to escape the consequences of one in the first place, if I were you I would aim for the least restrictive visa possible, is H1-B an option for you?
