After I-140 Approval...

The online-case status as well as, telephone staus remains unchanged.( Still showing

that application is pending). However My Lawyer received the approval Notice and my employer received the cc of the I-140 Approval notice. The case was approved on 6/12. NVC has not yet received the file.

Is it common ?. OR Any thing I can do to let BCIS to correct this. A friend of mine whise approval was 6/13 and, NVC got his file already. The case status also changed. I am a bit worried as the world of BCIS is not a regular one.

Please help...

My EAD status is the same as yours and I had the same concern. Its been approved, I have the card in hand and yet the online and phone status show pending.
I think the status system is separate from the actual INS processing system (if at all that is computerized as yet!) and so it could be that the processing officer did not update the online status.
I don't think there's too much to worry about since you have the approval in hand. If you are still concerned it wouldn't hurt to call the 800 number for the national service center and see what they have to say.

I got the same problem after my I-140 approved on 07/01. My online status is still not updated now. How about your case now? (one month has passed since your post)
 
Don't worry about the shitty online status!!

I think you should not worry about the online status, we got our AP approved , but the online status still says "it takes some shit days .... to approve ...", but my wife used the advance parole to visit india and when she came back there was absolutely no problem , infact she said it took only 10 minutes at the immigration counter to let her in and no questions asked, so i think no one should worry about the online status as long as you have the hard copy of your approval!!
