After I-140 Approval

The online-case status as well as, telephone staus remains unchanged.( Still showing

that application is pending). However My Lawyer received the approval Notice and my employer received the cc of the I-140 Approval notice. The case was approved on 6/12. NVC has not yet received the file.

Is it common ?. OR Any thing I can do to let BCIS to correct this. A friend of mine whise approval was 6/13 and, NVC got his file already. The case status also changed. I am a bit worried as the world of BCIS is not a regular one.

Please help...

I'm in the same boat as you are in. My attorney has the approved I140 copy with him, but the status message has not changed either on the AVM or Web.

Let me know if it has changed for you.

Hope this helps. I'm just hoping that TSC is lagging behind in updating the AVM and Web online status check.
