After how many days can I return on a new H1

I am on my 8th year H1 Visa extension. How many days should be one out of the country to come on a fresh new H1 Visa

Hi Lenkala,

Why are you going out of the country ?? Is it because of some restriction that you should not apply after 8th of your H1B extension or personal.

If for personal then it is 1 Year.
