I am very new to the US and I am on H1B. I am with my current employer for past 2 years (1.4years have worked from India and last 8 months here in the US). Now I have found a new opportunity with Employer B and my H1B transfer is also done. I have even sent my resignation but my current employer is trying to stop me with baseless reasons and not giving me a last date and trying to threaten me. So, can anyone tell me what are my options here. Can I go ahead and join my new employer as my H1B transfer is already done.
