After H1B Layoff new employer A is doing transfer under normal processing and meanwhile if i find another employer B

Let’s say a company A is applying for my H1B transfer under normal processing and they are asking me to join them on receipt basis. I am okay with joining them on receipt basis but depending on the market situation right now if later on they end my employment or rescind my job and the petition is still not approved ?? In that case will I get 60 days grace period again or not ?? Plus let's say if I join Employer A on receipt basis and its not Approved yet and in that time I find another employer B, can I join employer B or I will have to wait for the H1B approval with employer A, get original I-797 and then go with employer B ??
