Quick question, after I got my permanen resident card , I lived in 3 different apartments, they were all in the same state. However, I did not know that I should have filled any form or not to let USCIS know about it..

I applied to my N-400 last week. When i was browsing in the from, people mention about a form called AR-11. Do i had to send AR-11 when i have a green card ?

I gave my current address on the N-400, and I am planning to live at the same address until hopefully i get my citizenship.. So , do you guys think I should have sent AR-11 each time , I change address while I have the green card ?

Yes, a LPR is supposed to send in the AR-11 with every change of permanent address.

At a minimum, send in the AR-11 for your current address (or simply fill in the form online. make sure that the dates match what you entered on the N-400 for consistency). The other previous addresses may be water under the bridge for now, so may be easiest at this point to simply be honest with the IO during the interview that you didn't realize that you needed to send in the AR-11 (if you are queried about it... otherwise, just keep it to yourself).

It is highly unlikely that you would be denied citizenship for simply not sending in the AR-11, especially if the addresses are within the same state. They are likely more interested in other elements of good moral character and making sure that trips were less than 6 months, etc.
