Hi All, I have ouple of questions...
How long does GC is given for?

and how often have to renew it.

My friend had a situation...
What happen's if he files for a dviorce after getting GC?

Could spouse can create a problem in obtaining citizenship?

Any problem from the Indian consulate or what so ever can create problems in this situation if spouse complaints?
or from CIS?

The initial Passport stamp is valid for one year and you physical card is valid for 10 years. After 5yr of recidency one is eligible for Citizenship. (check the complete rule on the USCIS website)
