After GC approval: lay-off/termination/resign ?

guys, like to know which option is a best one to leave the current GC sponsered employer soon after approval ( less than 2 weeks ) ?

i asked my lawyer y\'day this Q when I went to collect 485 approval papers, he said anytime after "stamping" you can leave. hope this helps. but check the market condition b4 jumping ships
