Suppose if GC is approved when working for the Original employer(who filed LC, I140, I485) i.e AC21 NOT USED, how long does one need to work with the current employer before making a switch to another job safely. Can USCIS revoke GC approval, has it happened before, anybody heard such a thing. Lawyers(Murthy, Rajiv) say 6 months to 1 year minimum before switching. Anybody has any idea on this.
