It's been about 3 weeks since my fingerprinting. No change whatsoever as far as the LUD/on-line message.

Based on what I have read in this forum, however, I wouldn't fret too much about LUD/web message changes. Many people got approved without any LUD or web status message changes between the 485 recepit date and approval date. Meanwhile, with some cases LUD keeps changing like for a month, but without any approval. LUD change might indicate that an officer is working on your case, but it might not mean much either (when I hear about cases where LUD keeps changing for over a month, I would say to myself that no officer can be working on your case every single day for over a month!) In such a case, it's more likely that the office working on your case just updates the batch of his work every day, whether or not he specifically touches your case that particular day.
Bottom line: The way how CIS people use their computerized system is not at all standardized. What I plan to do is to wait until after 2 months pass after my fingerprint date, and if I don't hear from the CIS electronically or by snail mail, then I will either ask my lawyer to make an inquiry or ask him to call the senator's office.

It is also possible some new programmer is testing the application using your SRC# or TSC hires some new INS officers and they are getting trained using ur SRC#. Anything possible.
