After FP How soon to expect an action on my case ?

I am scheduled for FP on Oct 6 2004, I have been told due to some circumstance that my case will be transfered to a local office. So how soon can I expect an action on my case (either transfer or RFE, etc) after I do
FP. My 485 was filed on 06/26/2002.

Please share any experiences, I know its impossible to know exactly how long it would take, but can get a good idea from people that has gone through the process.

There is no time frame particularly with TSC. In my case I received the approval email in less than 45 days.
