After citizenship, how do apply for wife's GC?

Im currently on a GC and I plan to apply for the citizenship. My wife is currently on a H1-B.

After I become a citizen, what is the process to get my wife a GC? Do I have to do anything before my citizenship? And how long will the whole process normally take for my wife?

You don't have to do anything until you become a USC. You will then file adjustment of status for her. The forms you will send are:
I-485, I-130, I-693, G-325 (2 sets) and I-864. I-31 (AP document) and I-765 (EAD) are optional.

The whole process takes anywhere from 6-9 months.
