I tried to search this forum for the answer but did not get any, so here goes.
When I call 1-800-375-5283, it seems that the only way to talk to a human is if you select the option to change your address. I do not need a change of address, and yet I would like to, if possible, find out the status of my N400 and possible interview date.
If anyone has actually spoken to an USCIS agent about the status of their application, which option did you select after calling 1-800-375-5283?
Should I select the Change of Address option and then switch topics when the call is answered by the agent (which might tick her off)?
