After Appeal thinking about going to court

If I had a lawyer, that i feel is not doing his job right, how can i change lawyers? I mean, can i ask him for a copy of my file with him to give to the new lawyer what is the procedure?

I do need a better lawyer to fight for my right as my current lawyer is starting to sound like USCIS customer service employee defending them and not providing me with my constitutional rights!

If the USCIS is using the law to screw with us, then I am willing to use the same law to practice my right and get what i deserve; JUSTICE!

What I suggest is that you find a new lawyer (a good one) and he/she will tell you exactly what to do next step, including how to get your file, etc.
If he/she is going to give you the same BS run-aroud, then you even don't need to bother to provide your file and info. If he/she is good, you'll know that and the lawyer will give you the answer to the above questions. Ask for refferences.
