After almost 7 year long journey, we're green now!!!

I started my Green Card application back in Oct, 2001.
Then my labor was transferred to the Backlog Reduction Center
Finally I got my labor certification approved in April, 2007 (after almost 6 years)
I then quickly submitted our I140 and I480 in May, 2007. My I140 got approved one week afterwards.

My wife's Name Check passed a couple weeks later, but mine was still pending even when I called the Nebraska Center two week back. I received the Welcome e-mail for both us on Monday and received the Card Production emails yesterday. Now we're waiting for the physical cards.

I think I'm sure the beneficiary of the Feb 4th Memo.

PD: 19/10/2001
LC AD: 22/4/2007
I-140 AD: 3/6/2007
I-485 AD: 2/18/2008

Congrats!!! But I doubt you are the beneficiary of the Feb 4th Memo. If you really are, many other guys like me will need to worry - CIS is not keeping FIFO promise. I was clearly told several days back they'll process based RD order. Your NC was probably cleared.

I'm from China with EB2 category.

Believe it or not, two weeks ago, on this 11th, I called USCIS, I was told my NC was still pending. But when I called two days later, my case was under review by an adjudicator.

When you called on 11th. Did that day or next did you had lud ? Same with me. I called on 11th and my pd is current and the same day and next day i got lud. mine is also old pd. thanks. Mine also filed in may 2007. similar to your case.

No, I only got one LUD before its approval, which is after FingerPrint.
