After 180 days of filing for 485

In case of switching employers after 180 days is it essential that you should be employed by the new employer immediately or can there be a break for a few days?
This 180 period seems to be a gray area for most attorneys. Please let me know if you have any info?

Only One Thing Matters

The only important thing is that you be employed at the time of ajudication. If you take a few weeks off that\'s OK if you\'re still a ways away from being approved.
