After 15 months since FP-1 not all cases need FP-2 ??

Looking at some other postings in this forum, it appears that FP-2 is not required for all cases even when it has been 15 months or more since the FP-1.

It has been more than 15 months since my FP-1 and I have not yet received FP-2 notice.

Please share your views if FP-2 helps in expediting the approval of I-485 or it delays the approval of I-485.

Also if possible please add dates when FP1 AND/OR FP-2 was done and I-485 is pending / approved.
