Do these exclude non-political organization?

What about COSTCO whole sale club,
a S&P 500 index mutual fund, AAA?
 
Yestersday, I watched CBS show JAG.

the Commander Rabb help his half-brother, a
Russian, fill the immigration form. His brother
said he was a memeber of Young Pioneer
and all Russians were. The commandar
said his brother did not need to disclose that
fact and no need to say Yes to "ever been
a memeber of or any way associated with
Communit Party".

Of course, they shared the same father,
who was an American war hero. Would
that means his Russian half-brother
was a USA citizen already who can forget
this GC?

Maybe that is why TV/Movies is the second
worst source of legal imformation. :)
 
I think many journalists for famous TV, newspaper,
news agencies etc also lack immigration knowleges.
To them, every foreigners in the USA can be called
an immigrant and everyone coming to the USA
on whatever visa is called have immigrated to the
USA.
