I am a permanent resident and have applied I130 to bring my wife and child to US. I have a question regarding the affidavit of support. I have three childs, two US citizens and one alien.
Then, to determine the minimum sponser's annual income to meet the poverty guidelines, should the household size be considered 3 (me, wife, alien child) or 5?
