I have read thru sum previous threads that you dont need a Affidavit of Support when going for a DV Lottery Visa Interview..m so confused ..plis advice..my interview is in March and I am rily worried

First of all ask your embassy, because everything depend on your country requirements. They determined how much money do you must to show and which documents do you need wit you during the interview etc.

travel.state.gov can be useful for you, you can choose there your country and you will see what you need to show or what is the best for you!

Alternative for Funds

Thnx will do that..

Will a Affidavit of Support from a family in the US do..Can they jus download a form and have it filled and you could bring it along with you during the interview o they have to send the forms to the Consular Office?

They should send it to you. You're the one responsible for bringing it with you.
